Listing, Searching and Managing Live Chat Orders

In order to manage your Live Chat Orders, you need to search for them from your Control Panel with Darthseven Systems Inc. and access their Order Details view. To do so, follow the simple steps mentioned below:

  1. Login to your Control Panel.

    For Resellers: 1

    For Customers: 2

  2. Next, click

    For Resellers: Products -> Search -> Live Chat Service Search.

    For Customers: Live Chat Services -> List/Search.

  3. Search for the domain name for which the Live Chat Service has been purchased.

    Note
    • To list all Orders, leave all search parameters blank, select the Within radio button and then select the Order Creation Date as All.

    • Resellers can search for all Orders belonging to their Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.

  4. In the next page you would see a list of all Domain Names, with Live Chat Services bought through Darthseven Systems Inc.. Clicking any of the Domain Names will take you to the Order Details view for that Order, from where you can perform any modifications to the Order.

  5. Clicking the Manage Live Chat link will take you to the Registered members area.
